Four face court over Benidorm balcony death

-

FALL Kirsty with hubby Adam FOUR Britons were quizzed yesterday by a magistrate in Spain over the death of Kirsty Maxwell.

Ricky Gammon, 31, Anthony Holehouse, 34, Callum Northridge, 27, and Daniel Bailey, 32, had flown back to Benidorm and will now face a court in private today over the horror fall from a 10th-floor balcony.

Recently married Kirsty, 27, from Livingstone, west Lothian, is said to have gone to the men’s apartment on the floor above hers by mistake after drinking on a hen party in April. Joseph Graham, who was in the flat but is not facing court, is said to have told police Kirsty was acting as if she was “mad, drunk or drugged”.

Kirsty’s family have suggested she was trying to escape the apartment where the men from Nottingham and Papplewick and Hucknall, Notts, were staying.

Solicitor Luis Miguel Zumaquero said: “I don’t think Kirsty was pushed but I believe she was fleeing from something or somebody.”
