Happy return of Simon Scowell

I’m delighted to hear that Simon Cowell has reverted to his ‘Mr Nasty’ persona for the new series of The X Factor (Mirror, July 24). I’ve been an X Factor fan from the very start and the show just wasn’t the same when Simon was being ‘Mr Nice Guy’ to the contestants. It’s all good fun and part of the theatre – I, for one, can’t wait for the new series.
