A woman who needs no introduction, Ruby brings her one-woman show, Frazzles, to the Edinburgh Fringe.

The show is outrageously witty, smart and is based on her bestselling book, A Mindfulness Guide for the Frazzled, which she described as the “ultimate guide to saner living”.

And she might be on to something: she was a script editor for TV comedy Absolutely Fabulous and also has a master’s degree in mindfulnessbased cognitive therapy from Oxford. Laugh and learn.
