Family fortune
THE one in five MPs employing a member of their family at taxpayers’ expense should cut the nepotism.
There is no place for this favouritism in a modern Parliament after the expenses scandal.

New MPs elected in June are barred from turning politics into a family business and the 122 old guard employing a relative should be given a deadline to stop the abuse.
Appearances matter in politics. The minority are undermining the reputation of the majority.
