BUTTER-FINGERED David Boon dropped the simplest of catches as England took control of the fourth Ashes Test at Old Trafford. Australian star Boon spilled an easy chance at slip off in-form England skipper David Gower who went on to hit a crucial 47 as his side reached 233-3 on the opening day.
