BRUCE CASH WOES

- BY JAMES NURSEY

STEVE BRUCE admits big cutbacks at Aston Villa mean NONE of his players are safe from being sold.

Villa have brought in John Terry, Glenn Whelan, Ahmed Elmohamady and Chris Samba to push for the title.

But the club is in danger of falling foul of Financial Fair Play under Chinese owner Dr Tony Xia (left) and boss Bruce said: “We spent an awful lot of money last summer and the summer before. As we’ve just seen, if Neymar’s buyable then everyone’s buyable.

“We’re on the cusp of FFP and you don’t have to be a rocket scientist to realise we’ve spent a lot of money.”
