SWINDON manager David Flitcroft praised his side’s spirit after victory in his first game in charge.

Luke Norris and Paul Mullin but Town 2-0 up before Luke Joyce hit back for Carlisle.

“Togetherness is the one thing I have been trying to promote and I think that was in abundance today,” said Flitcroft.

But Carlisle boss Keith Curle was fuming.

“Swindon were there to be beaten,” he said. “We gifted them the second and I think the first one was offside.”
