MI5 fantasist guilty of sex game killing
A FANTASIST was found guilty of smothering a man in a mock sex game while posing as an MI5 agent.
Jason Marshall, 28, listened to Classic FM as he cuffed and gagged Peter Fasoli, 58, before wrapping clingfilm around his face.
He covered his tracks by setting fire to his victim’s house in Northolt, West London, in January 2013.
But Mr Fasoli had unwittingly filmed his death on his laptop and his nephew stumbled on the grim footage in November 2014.
Prosecutor Ed Brown QC told the Old Bailey the attack was “as shocking as it was determined”.
Marshall, previously of Forest Gate, East London, denied but was convicted of murder and arson.
He was remanded in custody for sentencing.
