SAMUEL SAIZ made himself at home by marking his Leeds debut with a hat-trick.

Saiz (right), a £3million summer signing from Spanish side Huesca, shot Leeds ahead after Stuart Dallas’ cross hit the post. Former Leeds midfielder Michael Tonge levelled following poor defending, but Saiz ensured there would be no cup upset with goals on the hour and 62nd minute. Fellow debutant Caleb Ekuban made it four then Vale’s Gavin Gunning was sent off for two yellow cards.
