PHIL MICKELSON admits he is in danger of missing his first US call-up for 24 years after branding his 100th Major appearance “atrocious”. Mickelson (left), 47, who has played in every Ryder and President’s Cup team since 1994, followed his 79 with a 74 to miss the cut in Charlotte. Big Phil will take a week off before trying to rediscover his form in the first two events of the FedEx Cup. He said: ”It’s been atrocious. It’s not a technical issue, I’m just losing focus on every shot.”
