ROWETT GIVES RAMS ROCKET

GARY ROWETT has vowed to ring the changes against Preston to pump energy into pedestrian Derby.

The Rams were booed off after losing 2-0 at home to Wolves on Saturday.

Rowett (above) said: “We need to show more energy and that is something we will look to get in the team.

“We will make changes. Saturday was not good enough. None of us are happy with that – the players, the fans, the staff, no one at Derby.

“For me, we have to get a different feel.

“Things are quite similar to last season and that is quite simply because we haven’t been able to do as much transfer work as we would have liked.”

Key midfielder Tom Huddlestone (groin) is almost certain to be out.
