Trains halted by cave man
A MAN with social anxiety who lives in a cave caused 15 hours of train delays by trespassing on the track.
Operators had to halt services at a cost of £70,000 after Andrew Brown was seen by train crew in April.
Brown, 42, threatened railway police with a brick, Derby crown court heard.
Lawyer Amy Earnshaw, defending, said Brown, who got 48 weeks’ jail suspended, had lived “in a cave causing no harm”.
