Town’s anger at woodland sex festival
ANGRY residents of Tunbridge Wells are disgusted that a sex festival is being held there this weekend.
Flamefest will feature an outdoor S&M dungeon and a fetish play area supervised by a porn star.
Revellers will “explore pain, experience pleasure and fulfil fantasies” on a woodland site in Kent.
But Labour councillor Dianne Hill said: “I’m no prude but this is the wrong place for this sort of thing.”
Resident Chris Herbert said: “Tunbridge Wells is not the place for a sex festival – we don’t want a bunch of perverts descending on our town.”
Dave Peters said: “They are coming for an orgy.”
Manager Helen Smedley said it was a private event and “there’s nothing that happens in view”.
