My 50 hols at caravan park
A WOMAN of 91 has celebrated her 50th consecutive summer holiday at the same caravan park.
Muriel Philip so loves the view of Achmelvich Bay in North West Scotland that she rents the same pitch every year.
The intrepid ex-teacher, who drives herself the 240 miles from Edinburgh for a five-week stay, said: “I love the place. It’s truly special.”
Site owner Durrant Macleod added: “She is some lady.”
