READING boss Jaap Stam has urged winger Mo Barrow to be more selfish. The Gambia star (below) got his first goal after a summer move from Swansea in Tuesday’s 2-1 win over Aston Villa. Stam said: “Mo is comfortable on the ball, a threat going forward and can score goals. “He wants to create chances for others, but he is the type of player who can score more goals and he needs to be more selfish.” Reading were thumped 3-0 at Preston at the end of last season, and Stam added: “It will be hard to beat them. They know how we play. They did last season and did it well.”
