Dales is the whey to go

Ey oop! Or rather whey oop! The inaugural Yorkshire Dales National Park Cheese Festival will take place from September 23-24.

The event at the Wensleydale Creamery in Hawes will celebrate the Tykes’ rich heritage in this field, offering tastings, cookery lessons and cheese-making, grading and drink-pairing demonstrations plus guided walking and cycling tours of the fabulous countryside.
