Brexit family plan on show

MINISTERS today outline Brexit plans for crossborder custody battles.

The Government will address tug-of-love cases, and divorce and child maintenance, where one person lives in the UK and the other in the EU.

They want the EU to agree our rulings will apply there, and vice versa.
