MANY LAYERS Julia joins Bake Off A DIVERSE cast hits our screens in the upcoming series of Bake Off.

Peter puts five teaspoons of baking powder into one cake. Cancer survivor Chris has a disaster with mini swiss rolls.

Poor Stacey’s first fruit cake goes in the bin, then the swiss rolls. Then her handbag illusion cake is dismissed as a “moist clutch”. But who will go first? Find out next Tuesday, Channel 4, 8pm.
