We’ve music on our minds

WE spend 10% of our time listening to 3,500 songs a year, a survey found.

Adults aged 18 to 24 enjoy 6,280 tracks annually playing them for threeand-a-half hours a day.

London residents listen the most – 15% of their time, followed by Newcastle on 13%, search engine Bing discovered.

Kevin Stagg, from Bing, said: “Music is a key part of our lives and we really do have music on our minds, enjoying thousands of songs each year.”
