A CONVICTED murderer has avoided being put to death by just a few hours after new DNA evidence was found.
A COUPLE got married twice in the same church, on the same date, with the same bridesmaid, 13 years apart.
Pals Ian and Carrie Horner, now 36, took part in a mock ceremony for an educational video on June 9, 2004.
The pair lost touch, but years later became a couple. They wed at Holy Trinity Church in Fareham, Hants, on June 9, with Carrie’s cousin, Brooke Emms, age 19, as bridesmaid again.
