Sad news comes in threes too...

JUDI PAGE John Hudson, Derby ICONS Jerry and, below, Bruce and Glen First, country legend Glen Campbell passed away, then we had the sad news that national treasure Bruce Forsyth had succumbed to pneumonia, and now American comedy hero Jerry Lewis has left us too (Mirror, August 21).
