There’s a cool new attraction at Flamingo Land... get behind the wheel and hit the track

-

Flamingo Land Resort is gearing up for a thrilling fast-paced summer with the opening of its latest family attraction at the end of August – Flamingo 1.

The self-drive kart racing experience promises sensational rides over a new 300m figure-of-eight circuit.

Motorsport fans can test their skills around hairpin bends, and over a spectacular flyover and underpass on three side-by-side lanes.

Most of Flamingo 1 is outdoors, but the circuit also passes through the resort’s new entertainment complex, The Hub, where spectators can watch laps of karting action.

Fun at Flamingo Land isn’t only about the zippy racing, though. At the all-new Peter Rabbit Adventure attraction, youngsters can join the star of the CBeebies animated series in searching for Pig Brussels sprouts, then head off on Benjamin Bunny’s Treetop Trail.

Hop along to Jeremy Fisher’s musical pond and discover secret passages in Mr Tod’s lair. Or, for nature lovers, there’s Lily Bobtail’s Nature Discovery, where you can crawl through tunnels and find creepy crawlies in Bug Log.

As well as all those new attractions this summer, Flamingo Land is also hosting the hugely popular Party in the Park. The grand finale will be headlined by M People’s Heather Small on September 2.

Admission to Party in the Park is free for visitors attending during the day, Season Pass holders and Holiday Village guests. Or enjoy one hour of theme park and zoo fun, followed by an evening of Nineties hits for just £10.
