Backing for cycle purge

POLITICIANS from all sides yesterday backed a grieving husband’s call for new laws to crack down on cyclists who injure or kill.

Matthew Briggs’ wife Kim, 44, died after being struck in London by Charlie Alliston, then 18, who was on a fixed-wheel bike with no front brakes.
