A YOUNG girl injured in the Manchester terror attack has been reunited with the police officer who helped save her life.
Lily Harrison eight, had a shrapnel wound and lung injuries. Her mum and dad thought she was dead.
Brave PC Cath Daley found her on the floor after running towards the carnage as Ariana Grande fans fled.
She decided she could not wait for medics and drove Lily to hospital in her police van. The attack at the Manchester Arena left 22 people dead.
Mum Lauren, of Stockport, tonight tells the ITV documentary Manchester: 100 Days After the Attack: “I know you just say you were just doing your job but we don’t know how to say thank you enough.”
