Trust Spieth to have a Dust-up
JORDAN SPIETH is seeking “revenge” on Dustin Johnson after the world No.1 won a thrilling play-off at The Northern Trust.
Johnson nailed an 18-foot par putt on the 72nd hole to force the extra hole – and then smashed a drive 341 yards across the lake and wedged to three feet to claim the first event of the FedEx Cup on Long Island.
New world No.2 Spieth, who had led by five shots, said: “Hats off to him – it was a really fun battle to be a part of. But hopefully I will get my revenge.”
