A DRUNKEN bikini-clad health spa owner sexually assaulted a client as he lay on a massage table in his underpants, a court was told.

Kerry Brocklebank, 43, “provocatively” chatted to the man in the waiting room in her bikini while toying with a witch’s hat from a Halloween display, the jury heard.

She later walked into the treatment room where he lay face down in his pants waiting for his masseur Henry Godfree.

The man told the court: “[She] said, ‘I’m going to start your massage’… I replied, ‘Don’t touch me’.” She ignored his pleas up to three times, the jury heard. He told them: “I felt violated.” Mr Godfree said he went in after hearing the man say “don’t touch me” and “get off me”. He said: “She was leaned over so her breasts would have been inches from his head.” Describing her behaviour towards the alleged victim in the waiting room at the Huntingdon Spa in Cambridgeshire, Mr Godfree said: “It was quite provocative... She was wearing a bikini. She was very drunk.” Brocklebank’s defence denied she wore a bikini, saying she was in a modest black polka-dot one-piece swimsuit. The jury heard after Mr Godfree quit she texted him: “If this goes to court I’ll ruin the pair of you.” She denies sexual assault, common assault and perverting justice. The trial continues at Cambridge crown court.
