BBC1, 7.30pm Poor Ian is feeling desperately worried after Steven told him about his (entirely fictitious) terminal cancer. He and Jane have been looking into alternative treatments in America, but when she mentions it to Steven he angrily snaps at her, saying he doesn’t want false hope.
Jane’s not giving up and is determined to help, but later when everyone is out she comes across some evidence which leads her to realise that everything might not be as it seems…
