Scots face four must-win ties

-

MARK McGHEE has laid it on the line for Scotland: Any more slip-ups and your World Cup dream is over.

Gordon Strachan’s right-hand man admits the national team need four straight wins if they are to have any hope of reaching Russia next summer.

Ahead of tomorrow night’s clash with Lithuania in Vilnius, McGhee said: “We simply can’t afford any more mistakes. We have to assume we must win all four games, so we’ll roll our sleeves up, starting on Friday night.”

After that match, Scotland play Malta at Hampden on Monday, before Slovakia and Slovenia in October.
