1. Think about your seed. Stuart uses a mix of slender red creeping fescue seed and bent seed. 2. Ditch square designs for round edges and use “artistic licence”. 3. Mow regularly with a mower. One with at least eight blades gives a finer cut. 4. Feed and water regularly. 5. Cut in two directions, twice a day. The more you cut, the more the grass will grow.
