Davina’s search for perfection

Davina McCall’s new TV show The Davina Hour kicks off on W tonight.

It is part panel discussion, part chat show and aims to help tackle and dispel the myths around modern day dilemmas. The first episode at 9pm, In Search Of Perfection, sees TV doc Christian Jessen speak to Davina, left, about his bulimia fight after leaving university.

He says: “To go hurtling into gayland in London, it is very competitive. It is very much about body shape. I was petrified of getting fat.

“I am 40 now and only with age I have learnt to deal with it.”
