CAN’T BEAR SWEARING

# With regards to your article on viewers being shocked at the amount of swearing on Channel 4’s Celebrity Island With Bear Grylls (Mirror, August 31), I don’t watch this programme but I think it’s pathetic. Likewise, on Big Brother. As soon as the contestants get to the bottom of the stairs, the language is disgusting – and that goes for both the celebs and ordinary contestants. So, I don’t watch that either. There’s no need for so much foul language on TV.
