Heartwarming story of the year

Nine-year-old heart transplant patient Max Johnson beaming out at us from the front page of the Mirror (September 1) was the picture and news story of the year.

He’s a very brave lad thoroughly deserving of his new chance. Well done on your Change the Law for Life campaign. Let’s hope we get an opt-out organ donor system soon to help those like Max. Sam Johnson, Blackpool
