HIDE YOUR BUNNIES Doc’s back BBC1 9pm

THIS Suranne Jones-led drama was a smash hit when it first aired in 2015.

C4 8pm At its new home with new hosts and judge, last week’s opener was quite the taste test. But it seems the ‘all new but maybe not actually that different’ Bake Off fared rather well with critics and 6.5 million viewers alike.

And now we’ve all got used to the changes, it’s time to head back to the tent to see which contestant will snap and who will crumble under the pressure. Yep, that’s right - it’s biscuit week.

First up is the technical challenge, where the bakers have to make two dozen sandwich biscuits, stuck together with a yummy filling that doesn’t ooze out and cause dribble. The technical challenge is fortune cookies (which NOBODY has EVER made). It causes a meltdown for several of the bakers, who just can’t figure out how to get the right shape.

And finally for the showstopper they have to make an edible biscuit board game. Sure. Why not. PAIRFECT Sandi and Noel
