Pair shot kids to control them

A COUPLE regularly shot their five children with a BB gun.

One girl said she was shot for dropping things, another for refusing to change a nappy, Preston crown court heard. Judge Robert Altham said the kids, aged seven to 15, must have found life “extremely stressful”.

The dad, 50, from Blackpool, was jailed for two years, his wife, 33, got a suspended sentence.
