Sky Atlantic, 9pm Acting legend Tim Roth stars in this quality new drama which has already been recommissioned for a second series before this one has hit our screens.

He plays Jim Worth, a London cop who has moved with his family to start a new life in the Canadian Rockies, where he works as police chief in the small picturesque town of Little Big Bear.

A former alcoholic, Jim’s hoping for a calmer, slower, quieter life with wife Angela, teenage daughter Anna and five-year-old son Petey. Do we think that’ll happen? No, of course not. Instead he finds himself caught up in a tragic accident, which may or may not have had something to do with a major oil company and a previous murder case, and which will change their lives forever.

Worth ends up spiralling back into bad habits as he goes all out for revenge, no matter how destructive or dangerous this proves to be.
