Every week in this column we celebrate companies willing to pay the real Living Wage.

This is a voluntary rate set by the independent Living Wage Foundation, which is higher than the Government’s “national living wage”. Current rates are £8.45 an hour outside London and £9.75 an hour in the capital.

This week, we particularly welcome GoSimple Software in Oldham, Perfectus Biomed science lab in Cheshire, Bolton Villas Family Church in Bradford, and Ultimate Security and Fast Shield polystyrene experts in London.
