TUC war on bad bosses

BAD bosses will be “named and shamed” or taken to court for exploiting staff, the TUC has warned.

Frances O’Grady, general secretary, urged firms not to treat their employees as “throwaway workers with throwaway rights”.

She told the TUC Congress in Brighton: “I say this to bad bosses… our eyes are on you.

“Either you sit at the table with us and work out a better deal. Or we’ll see you in court. And on the front pages.”
