Sunderland v N Forest Kick-off 7.45pm

SIMON GRAYSON has warned Sunderland have “no divine right” to be Championship challengers.

Boss Grayson says his players have to learn the hard way after they were abused by the Stadium of Light crowd in the home defeat to Sheffield United.

Three league losses in a row has left the relegated Wearsiders facing another fight at the bottom. They have not won at home since December, with supporters chanting that players are not fit to wear the shirt.

Grayson (above) said: “We have no divine right to be in the top six or top two, based on being an ex-Premier League club.

“There are lots of other clubs in similar boats – Aston Villa, even Norwich.”
