JAG PUTS THE ‘E’ IN ELECTRIC

Here’s something very different: an electrically powered E-Type Jaguar called E-Type Zero. In place of the usual 3.8-litre straight-six, this Series One E-Type is fitted with a 220kW electric powertrain that makes the stunning 1960s sports car even quicker than its petrol-drinking brothers. That Jaguar has published a telephone number for inquiries indicates that the E-Type Zero might be more than a clever concept.
