DRAMA

DRAMA, 3pm Anyone who watched TV drama in the 90s will feel a pang of nostalgia now as London’s Burning runs from the very beginning.

Remember the lives of the Blue Watch firefighters? It was our weekly heart-stopping fix of telly.

Based at the fictional Blackwall fire station, the show ran for 14 series from 1988 to 2002, following the likes of Vaseline, Sicknote, Hallam, Bayleaf and Liver Slats (played by a young Ross Kemp). Watch out for others you might recognise too, such as Tristan Gemmill and Jerome Flynn.
