Ibe can be the Cherry on top

EDDIE HOWE is challenging Jordon Ibe to prove Friday’s matchwinning cameo was not a one-off by terrorising Brighton again.

Sustitute Ibe (above) made both goals in the Cherries’ 2-1 win over their South Coast rivals.

The ex-Liverpool winger will start tonight’s Carabao Cup repeat and Howe said: “Jordon has shown glimpses of what he is capable of. This time we had some end product.

“He has immense potential. The challenge is to find that consistency, making sure he is at his best every single day.”

Brighton will give £13.5million record signing Jose Izquierdo his first start since moving from Bruges last month.
