More cuts to mental health

FUNDING on mental health services is due to be cut for half the country despite Tory promises to improve treatment.

Freedom of Information requests submitted by Labour MP Luciana Berger have revealed that 64 of the 129 Clinical Commissioning Groups that responded to the requests plan to reduce spending.

Firms who pay heed to the mental health of staff should get tax breaks, the Lib Dems said yesterday.
