Ell of way to bow out
Castleford v Hull FC, 8pm
HULL captain Gareth Ellis is desperate to extend his career for at least another week in a crucial trip to his boyhood club.
Hull must win to guarantee a top-four place and Ellis, 36 – who will retire at the end of the campaign – said: “There’s a lot at stake.
“I think this team is too good to be out before the semi-final stage.
“Our main focus this week is to concentrate on ourselves and keep our destiny in our own hands as we can’t afford to rely on other results going our way.”
