Silva: Troy must fight for a place
MARCO SILVA has warned “frustrated” Troy Deeney he must fight to regain his first-team place at Watford.
Hornets captain Deeney has been restricted to three appearances from the bench since the arrival of record £18million signing Andre Gray.
He is fully fit and pushing for a start at Swansea tomorrow.
But manager Silva said: “It is normal that players who stay on the bench are frustrated. He needs to work hard during the week – and, after that, it is my decision.”
