Companies pay huge fees but never see money owed

This unincorporated business claimed to be debt recovery experts but had more than £5,000 in unpaid County Court judgments when it disappeared. One of the Facebook friends of this Ben Reynolds is Lesley Reynolds of Liverpool. Coincidentally, another debt collection firm – Mercantile Legal & Financial Solutions Ltd – had a Ben Reynolds as director and he shared an address with a Lesley Reynolds. This had an unpaid court judgment of almost £2,000 when it folded. There’s also a Ben Reynolds who was a director of Clarke, Hornby and Martin Limited – unpaid judgments of more than £6,000. And their dates of birth match that of the Ben Reynolds of CLS Central which has unpaid judgments of £27,000.
