Mobile moan

BT has been named the joint worst mobile provider for complaints – the first time watchdog Ofcom included it.

BT Mobile had 11 complaints per 100,000 customers between April and June, the same as Vodafone.

Until now, BT’s mobile business has been classed as too small to be in the list.

BT has a shocking track record, with Ofcom’s latest survey naming it worst among pay TV providers, broadband companies and on a par with the Post Office and TalkTalk for landline firms.
