Strictly has the X Factor for me

I bet you don’t expect me to say this but it’s great that Strictly Come Dancing is using the stars of The X Factor.

I watched last week and the two best dancers were Alexandra Burke and Aston Merrygold. I know they both work like hell to be that good. And Mollie King auditioned twice for The X Factor so it’s nice to see she’s getting a break of her own.

The surprise of the show for me was Debbie McGee – she was fabulous. Fair play to her for doing Strictly so soon after losing her husband Paul.

It’s a great feelgood show and there is definitely room for both Strictly and The X Factor on our TV screens. They are the two best shows on telly.
