ROSS Kemp shows off his newborn twin daughters in a touching photo with their mum.

The 53-year-old, who played Grant Mitchell in EastEnders, posted the snap of wife Renee O’Brien with Ava and Kitty on Twitter.

While proud Renee beams into camera, one of the swaddled newborns has her eyes open while the other has hers closed. Ross also paid tribute to medics involved in their delivery.
