CROCKED HARTLEY’S SO COOL

- BY ALEX SPINK

DYLAN HARTLEY claims not to be worried about his hand injury despite being sidelined for a third weekend.

The England captain (left) has not played since his starring role for Northampton against Leicester on September 9.

He has sat out Saints’ games with Bath and London Irish, as well as England’s two-day training camp in Oxford.

And today he will again be a spectator at Franklin’s Gardens where visitors Harlequins will be without Red Rose trio Chris Robshaw, Joe Marler and Mike Brown.

“I hurt it, bruised it. It’s a bit sore,” said Hartley, who was unable to shake hands on Wednesday and is replaced by Mikey Haywood. “But it’s just a minor setback and I’m not worried about it.”

League leaders Exeter start with Julian Salvi in the back row at Leicester as Sam Simmonds recovers from a head knock.
