Kalinic in a U-turn alert to Watford

CROATIA goalkeeper Lovre Kalinic is up for a Premier League switch – despite snubbing Watford this summer.

Kalinic (above) rejected the chance to head to Vicarage Road to stay in Belgium with Gent. But he has opened the door to succeeding veteran Heurelho Gomes as the Hornets’ long-term No.1.

Kalinic, 27, said: “I know that Watford did want to sign me. I’m dreaming of the Premier League – maybe I will go next summer, or perhaps in the future.”
